What about the conspicuously missing vehicles in the Clean Vehicle Rebate Program?

Yesterday California's Air Resources Board (ARB) announced a new rebate program, the Clean Vehicle Rebate Program. The program comes with a list of approved vehicles that is curiously short. On the one hand if they had waited a few months to launch the program more electric vehicles are supposed to be available (such as the Volt and Coda) but on the other hand some existing vehicles on the market are not on the list.

Dang. The Lectra is still so close I can taste it.. but... The two major pieces left before it could be taken on the street is a) wiring the manual on-off switch I mentioned before, and b) getting the lights to work. I got the switch and am pondering choices on mounting it on the bike. But today I wanted to get into the lighting system.
